Thank you for shopping at Elan Pure!
- Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Pure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages:
Elan Pure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Email hello@elanpure.com and our team will do our best to accommodate your unique case.
- International Shipping:
We currently only ship within the United States at this time. Once we are ready to expand into other countries we will notify you. We are working on becoming available in Canada and the UK, so follow us on social media for updates!
- Returns Policy:

- Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
